Here's everything you need to know about our policy on downloads and refunds.

eBook Downloads


Accessing Your eBook: After your purchase, you'll receive a link to download your eBook. This link remains active for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to download your copy. Please make sure to download your eBook within this timeframe, as the link will not work after it expires.


Device Compatibility: Our eBooks come in PDF and ePub formats, making them compatible with a broad range of devices and e-readers. We recommend checking your device's compatibility before making a purchase.


Technical Issues: Should you face any trouble downloading or accessing your eBook, please reach out to us immediately at contact@greenandgierke.com. Our team will promptly assist you to ensure you can enjoy your purchase without delay.


Refunds


eBook Refunds: Given the digital nature of eBooks, all eBook sales are final. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing your eBook and we're unable to resolve the problem, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Please request any such refunds within 7 days of your original purchase.


Paperback Refunds: We accept returns of paperback copies only if they arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your paperback purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. To start a return, please contact us at contact@greenandgierke.com with your order details and the issue with the book. We will guide you through the return process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. For the fastest resolution, please include photographs of the damaged or incorrect item when you contact us.
